There are a number of Certification schemes within the UK and Sirrus Showers have their products approved for the TMV3 and TMV2 schemes through BuildCert.
Why BuildCert?
BuildCert is the product certification arm of WRc-NSF, providing independent, UKAS accredited, third party, product certification of plumbing products to national and international standards. Their goal is to provide certification services that meet regulatory and marketing needs, while eliminating much of the bureaucracy and high cost that is often associated with product certification.
BuildCert certification has worldwide recognition via UKAS Accreditation to International Standard BS EN 45011:1998 “Product Conformity Certification” the European Version of ISO/IEH Guide 65:1996.
BuildCert can certify testing to UK Standards for plumbing products and to the requirements of the UK Building Regulations.
BuildCert is a Notified Certification Body and can provide access to the CE Mark for products covered by harmonised European standards as well as certification to other European Standards.
BuildCert approval means that products have been independently tested and approved as being fit for their intended use.
BuildCert certification gives customers the reassurance that the products they are buying are of a good, consistent quality.
Reference to BuildCert certification proves that the products we are selling are as good as we say they are.
